My sgpt count is 92
For almost 12 days now i am going under treatment for high sgpt,
Intially it was 224 and after almost 12 days of medication it became 92.
I just have simple query how and what problem i am facing ,as my docter is a no specialist and he just kip on giving medicines.
Since the time i started medicines i am facing constipation,i havnt got smooth motion as i used to get few days back anymore.
Please guide me and help me with suitable solution.

SGPT is one of the component of liver function test. Generally it denotes liver cell injury due to various reasons. If u want to know the answer for your question , you have tell your complete clinical senario and blood tests and scan report.
