My right front thigh hurts a lot
I played soccer today and I hurt my front right thigh. It hurts a lot when I bend it but doesn't hurt so much when I sit or lay down. I can stand and walk on it but I have to keep it straight. There is no discoloration or abnormal swelling, it only feels tight. Is there anything that this could be?

The pain could be due to Injury to the muscles in the front part of the thigh called quadriceps muscles or injury inside the knee. One would have to examine you clinically to find out the exact site. Some anti-infflamatory medications will help ease the pain along will limitation of movement for some time. I would suggest that you see an orthopedic surgeon for proper management.
