My period is irregular. and I suffer from minor chest pain then I consult to a doctor and then the doctor tell me that my hemoglobin level is low he suggested me to consume atleast 4 fruits in a day . It's helpful and my chest pain is now gone but my period is irregular since the 1st time of my period. I try many home remedies and multivitamin medicine it's help me for a while but then my period is not coming regularly and when my period comes i suffer siviar cramps I go to the hospital and then they treat me but when I started consuming 4 fruits in a day my period was much better the cramps are gone but the irregularity was still there . In August 2024 my period date was coming and I see some spoting but then my date was missed after some days I see some spoting then yesterday I have my period but in yesterday evening my period was gone . I don't know what to do

I would recommend a visit to a gynecologist or connect for treatment. There are various causes for irregular menses which can be diagnosed by an ultrasound and some blood tests, after which the complaints can be treated
In a Normal menstrual cycle the gap between two day one of your period should be 21 to 37 a cycle length outside this bracket needs to be investigated and treatment can be offered accordingly

Try to correlate your irregular menses with weight gain, etc
