You have not mentioned whether your mouth was opening normally before one year, also you have not mention about any type of trauma or accident after which you are unable to open your mouth. It may be due to several reasons which can be only determined after physical and clinical examination. My advice will be to visit your dentist and seek his opinion on the root cause of the problem. If left for longer time it may get lead to several issues related to growth and function.
