Both my son(8) and daughter(3) have high fever for the past two days. Earlier we gave crocin that time fever was reducing at that
time. Now fever is above 100 for both. We started Meftal for both. It helps my daughter. For my son fever hasn't come down with Meftal. What to do next? What diet I have to give?
