My girly chest
Hi i am a girl . i feel really embarrased in public settings because my chest looks like a boy . I dont have fuller breasts . I have tried massaging them for few days does it work. If yes then With which oil and how? Also tell some food in this regard

Hello dear I can understand your concern, do regular uoga and some exercises for chest region as well as take high protein diet devided into 3 main and 3 small meals with proper hydration. Sleep well and make yourself stressfree and improve your posture and wear type of clothes which enhance your positive approach. Its all depends on hereditary factor but with above suggestions you can improvise yourself.
Next Steps
Focus on high protein foods if non vegetarian then take egg whites and white meat in your diet on regular basis

Hi I understand your concern. There are exercises which helps you to develop your breast muscles, so do some of them regularly, use olive oil for massage, use a circular motion to stimulate the muscles, but do not use too firm strokes. Sizes depend on your genetic structure, but you can wear push up underwire bra to look n make it fuller. Have good fats in your diet like nuts and seeds. Most importantly carry yourself with great confidence, dress up in that manner and be happy, don't have to remain  embarrassed in social gathering.
