My eyes are becoming deep

Hi doctor, um 22+ male n um physically weak the cause is masturbation...Now um trying to control it...Actually my main problem is my face structure n my eyes are becoming deep day by day... I have chest pain also not actually a pain but whenever I turn my body upwards I feel some sounds in the Cage of my chest. Plz sgs

Hello, I understand your problem The situation gr8hat you've described about I feel that you're having sleeplessness, and the eyes will be sunken because if the sleeplessness or poor water intake and lacking nutrition. This is not because of masturbation. Even though too much of it may lead to other conditons. For concentrate on you sleep for7-8 hours a day, water2-3 liters per day, food should be healthy and this will do. Even after following all if the above you're not seeing any improvement then you need to consult a doctor in person. Thank you
