You might be suffering from impacted wax inside your ear canal which can cause pain. You need to use wax softeners with analgesics. After few days of drops use, wax needs to be removed by a specialist

Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required. Meanwhile you can use Otorex ear drops three drops three times daily, use over the counter analgesics like dolo650 for pain management
