My brother is losing hair

My brother age of 23 he has losing hair .on his head we can clearly show the "M" shape hair style.he has problem choose an hair style and also he is inregular in sleep, food and many other issue in day to day life. Any cure for him?

Apply minoxidil 5 % foam at bedtime for 5 - 7 months and use Biotin supplements daily. Ketoconozole based shampoos are better for hesd bath.
