The body stature depends mainly on your genetic makeup
It also depends on what you eat NOT on how much you eat
Being fat or lean doesn't count of you are healthy & active.
Eat healthy, nutritious food.
Do regular exercise.
Sometimes the weight gain or loss depends on harmone like thyroid, pituitary etc.
Check for thyroid harmone function, if u feel u r eating normally but not gaining weight.
