I would advise you to visit a gastroenterologist so that you can be evaluated and the readings can be correlated physically. The following steps may help: - Avoid/Stop alcohol and smoking - Eat a clean healthy diet - Avoid fatty, oily, deep fried and junk food - Only take medications which are directed by your treating doctor. - Exercise regularly (minimum 30 mins) - Maintain a healthy weight as per your BMI - Stay hydrated, aim at drinking 3 liters of water per day
