Hi Mam. Yellow brown teeth may be due to any iron or vitamin syrup you are giving. If not it may be due to plaque or may be due to enamel defect. Pls brush babies teeth twice daily with small amount of baby tooth paste.. Kindly see a nearby Pediatric Dentist for further information...
