My baby's renal pelvis measured 10.5mm.
Hi, I am 38 weeks pregnant. My baby Right and left renal pelvis is measured as 10.5 mm and 9.6 mm. Please help me what to do and exactly what it is? The reports copy is attached.

You require follow up about baby kidneys morphology after birth along with urine examination routine and microscopic,and renal parameters.consult a urologist with the test reports for clinical examination as well.
Many ante natal findings may change after birth or may not be significant enough to require any Treatment
