My 8 yr boy having left ear pain+fever

Fever is quit high grade, if not responding to medicine, shall take one opinion of Pediatrician, if responding, u can repeat dose every 6-8 hrs. Many of the times viral illness lasts for 5-7 days so if no other symptoms and things are not worsening u can continue giving medicine and wait. Give good amount of water.
