My 3 month HBA1C is 9.8.
I am a diabetic patient. I have 3 month hba1c ratio as 9.8. how I need to reduce this. It got increased suddenly.but my sugar levels are 120/250

You need to increase your morning medicine especially to control post meal sugar peaks. Also try to limit portion size at morning meals. Walk for few mins after breakfast
