Dear sir,
I have mild mvp with grade 1 MR,EF -60 percent.
I have anxiety and stomach upset problem always.
Palpitations happens occasionally.
I feel more anxious in stress ful situations
How can i get rid of all this symptoms?

You need to be on beta blockers and also consult a psychiatrist for anxiety

For palpitations you can use Metaprolol
