While working out my abs (I don't have abs) I get stomach cramps / severe muscle pull, why does this happen, all the time, due to this I am unable to workout my abdominal area.

Common problem seen in gym users are due to overuse and overzealous exer, kindly increase the intensity & duration of your exercises gradually & under proper guidance. Additionally maintain proper nutrition & hydration too.
