  3. Muscle Spasm - Upper Back. Something?

Muscle Spasm - Upper Back
My wife has Muscle Spasm at Upper Back and Lower Neck Area . Its been more than 4 Months now . We have visited several doctors too and taken physiotherapy. There is improvement but not 100% . Generally how much time it takes to get well in such cases ? Are we missing something ?

She may have cervical facet joint pain n muscle spasm. It might b trapezitis too ( common in female ) . Go for MRI CERVICAL SPINE . if not benefited she may need trapezius trigger point in or facet joint injection.
