I have a muscle pain on my neck,perhaps it is because of my sleeping posture. What medicine should I take.Will medicine shop send medicine without prescription?

Y wud u want to take a pain killer for a muscle pain Rather put a hot water bag on ur neck And rest Or go to a physiotherapist and take swd and ift (pain reliving currents) If u stil want to take a medicine u can take enzoflam after food
