Muscle pain in the shoulder and hands. pain in calf muscle, & stiffness in thighs while stretching.
All these problems are due to gym & heavy workout.
All these problems are existing since 6 months .
So please help me out Sir.

Well this pain is due to the muscles staying in contraction state because of all the workouts.... The only thing you can do is relax yourself well between the workouts...do regular workouts...do not strain yourself during workouts...you also don't have to do vigorous workouts...you need to build it up daily ...thank you
