Muscle pain in right leg and thigh

Asked for Male, 35 Years

Hello, my mother has been having pain in her right leg (near the shin bone) and thigh, sometimes its less and sometimes it's unbearable, it eases if she relaxes for some time, she is very active, but doesn't believe it might be due to fatigue, please share any direction on these lines, i wanted to check from a neuro perspective, but please advise if i should check from an ortho perspective. Thank you.
