Muscle pain at hands and legs.

Hi, I am Manju Saha( F47).I am having severe muscle pain at both hands and legs. Whenever I am in any position for some time, it become difficult to make movement of my hands or legs, say I am sitting and I want to pick a glass of water, I cant. When I am talking on mobile and after I am done, I can't move my hands to normal position. Its the similar with my legs. If I am sitting and I have to move/walk, its pains a lot. Both my hands and SWELLS up when I continue to be at some constant posture. But once I am moving,its fine. I consulted a local doctor. He told its a neural problem and gave a painkiller tablet and also "zerodol-sp". This medicine helped me a lot, I was fine with these muscle pains. But It caused a new issue,I started having LOW BP and felt like I would faint any time. Looking at this, I stopped those tablets and again I was fine with my BP but my muscle again started to pain.
