Hello, Muscle gain usually happens in 2 stages wherein first your food will be analysed and calories will be increased according to your exercise regime and gradually increase both food and exercise every week. There are a few supplements also that would help gain muscle and prevent fat accumulation that happens due to increased food intake. Secondly will be to create the cuts your body needs. Usually this is done by your strength training and protein intake. However there are many other factors also that would help the whole journey.
