Muscle cramps in arm (by wear it bends)

My arms keep cramping up a lot today and it feels like a charley horse. This morning I woke up to them both hurting and not being able to straighten for a few minutes. It was odd. When I leave them bent for any length of time, they cramp up again. I've never experienced this. I had a 2nd dose of the hpv vaccine a few days ago and I'm wondering if it is just a side effect from that.
