Multiple Problems. Please help.

Doctor, I have developed multiple problems in the last six months, some of which are rather embarassing in nature. So I chose to ask via Practo. Problems as follows: 1. Irresistible itch in my right nipple: I have this problem since childhood, but now it has grown severe. I keep on scratching it. The nipple has grown in size due to constant nibbling and scratching. 2. Hair loss and scalp itch: Hair loss started last year but now it has accelerated to form bald spots. And there is a constant itch in my scalp. 3. Blisters in my left thigh: The area just where I keep my cell phone is developing painful blisters. 4. Red bumps on my back: My shoulder blade and back is filled with red spots. I feel worried as I have no prior experience with skin problems. Please help. Regards, Abhishek
