Dont worry. It may be polycystic ovary. Its treatment is lifestyle modification. Do exercise. Keep your wt in control. Pregnancy will happen. Nothing to worry.

It is very important to know as to on which day of your menstrual cycle was ultrasound done and also whether it was done over your tummy or vaginally. There is a lot of over diagnosis of PCOS so be careful. No treatment should be started only on the basis of an ultrasound report suggestive of "multiple eggs in ovaries".
Next Steps
If you have regular cycles, do not worry about your ultrasound report. If you have irregular cycles; get investigated further for PCOS. Even if you have PCOS, it would be heartening for you to know that PCOS pts have a very high chance of conception with or without treatment.
Health Tips
Get onto treatment only if you have irregular cycles.
