Hi Doctor, Could you suggest a cough syrup of medicine for slight mucus cough , for diabetic and BP person. Age 70

Get his Rtpcr test done. If it is productive cough he may need antibiotics.Get fbs, Ppbs HBA1C done in laboratory. Consult me with test results and details.
