Much hunger & obesity

I m a married girl... last 1yr after my marriage i gain around 10 kgs.. now i m 100kgs.. from childhood i m healthy but fit. Now a days i feel lack of energy & too much hunger & cravings.. so thats why i m gaining weight...i m taking glyciphage for suppress my appetite but did not find any result.. please recommend some medicine which suppress my appetite & help me to loose weight as soon as possible without any side effect... is orlistat or phen can be taken???
