Mouth ulcers
Suffering from mouth ulcers very badly since last four days. There are 8 to 10 ulcers and redness in all mouth. Unable to eat anything evan drinking water is also very hard. Note - they reoccured second time with in one month.

Hello Dear, Oral ulceration is a common disease, it often happens with sharp tooth, gastric problems and stress. you must visit to your dentist or physician for examination. Try to find out the cause of it. If it a sharp causing ulcer, get it removed or grinned. If it is because of stress, do exercise, yoga and meditation. If any medical problem, visit you doctor. Oral ulcers could be due to stress ,gastric problems etc. First thing is to find the cause of problem,that can only be done through clinical examination. As far as symptomatic relief is concerned ,you can apply mucopain ointment 15 minutes before meals.

Hi oral ulcers are commonly due to stress or gastric disturbances..to rule out any other causes u need to visit ur physician..for the time being u can use lexanox gel 2-3 times/day. Apply over the affected area .. reduce stress ..exercise to overcome recurrence ..best of luck take care

Use hexigel on ulcer 3 to 4 times in a day for some relief Check with any constipation problem Visit ur nearest dentist for proper oral examination and diagnosis

Ulcers generally take 1-2weeks to heal completely. recurrent ulcers can be due to local mouth conditions such as rough teeth surface or rough mouth appliances or dentures n cheek bites. It can also b due to General nutrtional deficiency, digestion prob, work pressure n stressful lifestyle etc. Certain bacterial n viral infections also cause ulcers. Treatment: start on multivitamin tabs which includes vit c n iron supplements if ur hb% levels r low. Apply dologel oral ointment on ulcers thrice daily. Avoid spicy n oily food, alcohol, tea n coffee. Drink plenty of water n hv fibrous n citrous foods. Visit dentist to rule out oral factors responsible for ulcers.
