Mouth ulcers
In every summer, I distraught with mouth ulcers. I need a permanent treatment for it. Please suggest

Hi.. It's global warming everywhere including mouth. So ulcers are common to most during summer. Increase intake of water at least five litres per day. Take more fruit juices avoid carbonated drinks. Avoid very hot and spicy foods. Apply Pansoral topical gel every time you get ulcers till it disappears. Regards

hello take a lot of water and fruits like watermelon etc containing water and vitamin c. Apply dologel ct and rexidin m gel. use mouthwash, kenacort ointment and oraways buccal paste. take antacids if you have acidity problems. if constipation visit physician. keep good oral hygiene.

It is probably due to inner heat please take cold beverages like lassi or you can take ice creams avoid too much exposure to heat and avoid spicy food during summers
