Mouth ulcers
Due to a cut on my tongue while eating, that wound become a ulcer. I'm unable to speak and eat properly.

Do not worry . The tongue cuts due to sudden bite or attrited teeeth or broken teeth.. that teeth may be sharp like knief edge..first that need to be solved by rounding sharp teeth.after that rinse with warm salt water thrice daily as home remedy..can apply honey. Visit dentist for good antiseptic gel or anaesthetic gel to avoid pain during eating. It will be solve within a week.. if not further treatment needed
