My sister has got ulcer all over her mouth and also in her throat...She says it swells and pains a lot...she is not able to chew or intake food...are there any gel that can be applied inside her mouth to get rid of this

Yes you can apply glycerine and spit it out after a minute. Avoid eating spicy food. and eat food rich in vit b and c
