  3. Mouth ulcer. To heal them is less time.

Mouth ulcer
I usually get mouth ulcer and they get heal in 7 8 days. I suffer pain for this long period. May i know the causes why i get these ulcers. And how to heal them is less time.

Please observe if you have allergy of any food stuff . You may take Vitamin c - chewable tablets ( Limcee to chew three times a day ) for 7 -8 days. Use mouth gargles . May be you will be oK with this.
