I am frequently facing issues with mouth ulcers and bleeding gums. What could be the reason? I never faced issues in motion and digestion is also good. I follow healthy diet and usually don't eat outside.

Hi you need to visit a dentist and find out the root cause for frequent mouth ulcers it may be due to stress or vitamin deficiency. Deposits on the tooth lead to bleeding gums you need professional cleaning.
