Mouth Ulcer
For last 2 days i m suffering from mouth ulcer. Its very painful. cant talk nor eat properly. I have been gargling with salt and luke warm water.

Hello sir, apply anabel or smile gel in that area and drink more water. Start taking a B complex once in a day.
