Mouth ulcer and chronic pile
I've been suffering from mouth ulcer since last fifteen years. I consult many doctors but it cannot be cure completely. And also suffering from 1st degree pile. If bowel movement is disorder, mouth ulcer is increase otherwise automaticaly reduce ulcer. What should I do ? Plz suggest me sir.

Chronic ulceration of tongue is most likely due to irregular life style, fatigue, stress and lack of natural resistance. You require to have healthy life style , more green leafy vegetables, seasonal fruits, plenty of oral liquids and Daily intake of B Complex Capsules, Folic Acid Tablet , local application of Glycerine Boracis solution. If ulcers have whitish base it may be Aphthous Ulcer relieved by Oral steroid cream for which see your doctor
