  4. Mouth Ulcer. To speak also. plz suggest?

38 y male Since past 40 days I have been sufferingfrom tongue ulcer it comes and goes I have taken multivitamin tablets for 20 days. Ulcer comes and clears on both sides alternatively. It becomes so severe I am not able to speak also. Plz suggest

Check for any sharp edges in any tooth.take vizylac twice daily for 3 days.put mucopain ointment on ulcer.review after 1 week
