I have been struggeling with mouth sores for almost a week now, there is one near my gum and have cropped two on my tongue too now`

Mouth sores could be due to decreased immunity , stress , harmonal imbalance , nutritional defecincy , anaemia . Ascertaining the cause & addressing the issue majorly helps . From your history - diagnosis looks like minor apthous ulcers . For this treatment recommended : use hexidine mouthrinse twice a day for 2 weeks . Oral heal tab once a day for a week . Avoid spicy foods
