Mouth sore
I am a chronic tobacco chewer during the past 5.5 years. In the left hand side gum and some part of the cheek where I had put tobacco in the past there's a sore that didn't healed and it's almost five months. I had seen a dentist and he said firstly to stop the habit of then also it didn't healed we can do a biopsy.also I can't eat spicy foods. What should I do from my part.kindly suggest...🙏

Go for Biopsy and confirm malignancy If malignancy confirm consult  with Surgical oncologist for surgery

Do a biopsy to exclude malignancy. Non healing ulcer is the common presentation for oral cavity cancer
