I've had pain in my mouth, thought it was a wisdom tooth but there is a red lump in the back of my mouth. I haven't been able to open my mouth too wide, and one side of my face is swollen.

Without clinical examination and radiographs it is simple waste of time to give and read response at least patient can add his picture to establish primary opinion.but from complaint nature it looks like periodontal infection Take some pain killer and immidiately visit nearby dentist don't waste time
