First, if u need a mouth opening surgery at 20 years of age, you should be really concerned and stop the habit which resulted in reduced mouth opening immediately. Then you should consult a good oral surgeon. The surgery will be costly, but covered by mediclaim. It will be worthless if you do not stop the habit.
