Motion sickness
Nausea, vomiting during travel by water and road transport.. Especially during mountains travels... Please suggest if I need to see a do ctor or there is any way out to cure this. Also can this be cured permanently.. I will be travelling shortly again to mountains areas, please advise a short and quick solution.

Hey, its a common problem with some people who rarely travels , its due to disturbances in vestibule cochlear fluid since hilly mountain have curves ,ups and down ,take tab before traveling to these places ,repeatedly travelling to such places helps in acclimatization .
