  4. More water intake. Black please advice!

Hi doctor, I am intake more water daily as feeling of more thirsty, however my thirst is not over even i took more water. While getup from bed, my mouth is full of saliva making me spit immediately Is there any coincidence between these two Note: my tongue is seems to be little dark in black Please advice Thanks Srinivasan
