I suddenly get lot of mood swings. And suddenly I feel lot of tension and feel like crying. I'm a PhD student. Suddenly I start feeling like I will leave everything and just go back home. But in home also when I went for holidays I was having tension regarding my work. My mind is never in peace. Always some kind of tension is going on.
But the mood swings are increasing nowadays. And I become irritated and feel like crying.
