Mom having Menopause
My moms going through her menopause .I just want to know the symptoms and how to handle such a person.because i see a lot of mood swings in her and this makes me worried.

Some of the symptoms are hot flushes, mood swings, irritability, excess dryness of vagina leading to burning during sexual intercourse, burning while passing urine. Some simple remedies for menopausal symptoms are mild exercises, meditation, some woman may need hormone replacement therapy if the mood swings are severe for which you need to see the gynecologist to make sure HRT is safe for your mother after examining her.
