We at Just Smiles are very sorry to hear that you are in pain. We only hope that you are not in to much of a trouble due to this. There could be very many reasons for the pain. From dental carries, enamel erosion, tooth fracture to a gym or a periodontal issue. Upon a through clinical examination and any other supplimentary aids that may be required we can determine with greater certainty the most probable reason. Subsequent to this a treatment plan would be brought to your attention and we go further depending on our discussion. It is highly recommended that you see a good dental specialist so as to prevent exacerbation of the issue as we understand that you have been suffering for the past couple of days. It would be very unwise on our part and unethical to give you any treatments over an electronic format without any other inputs from you. Until then you can try some mouth rinsing with a month rinse. If you need any further information or would like to meet us please call on Prof.Dr.Vinay Krishnamurthy Rao at 9482229939 between 12:30 PM  -  6:30 PM. Hope this helps you in atleast a small way! Wishing you good health and relief from your problem as soon as possible! Take care!
