Heart enlarge. Mitral valve leakage from past 15 years.PT INR test is being done on monthly basis as in 2011 suffered from paralysis. Also having BP and sugar problem. Kindly suggest

Need more details to address the problem. Would need to consult a cardiologist to get a detailed Echocardiography evaluation done, so that the Heart function (EF) and valve leakage severity can be be assessed. Also in v/ of history of paralysis underlying heart rate abnormality needs to be assessed and managed. Advised to meet a local cardiologist and get evaluation done. Reports can be forwarded later
