Missed Periods
This is on behalf of my friend. She has missed 2 of her periods in a row. Her last LMP was on 28th of February. No sign of any stomach cramp or nausea or back pain.
She never generally have such irregularity.
Is there medicine that can help her in this case ?
For any probability of Pregnancy, she hasn't taken any test but last time she had an intercourse was on 1st of April, which was around 32 days after her LMP where she had already crossed her usual period time. So I assume that gives a very thin window for that possibility, if any.
Should she try progesterone capsules in this case ?

Hi there...please do not give her any progesterone tablets on your own. First and foremost ask her to take a urine pregnancy test. Also there could be many reasons for a women of her age to miss her menstrual cycles, like, pregnancy, hormonal imbalance, pcod, any drug intake, stress. Whatever may be the urine pregnancy test, please take her to a obstetrician for further evaluation. They will examine her completely and do the needful.
