Missed periods n brown

Asked for Female, 27 Years

I missed my periods n m 10 days late...i was having brown discharge for 3 days while wiping i c brown discharge n litle blood sometime.i hav takn hpt bt it was negative on 4th day of missed period..was it implantation bleeding.when should i check again hpt...last month hsg test was done for me.m i pregnant.plz help me.
