Missed Periods
My wife usually has her periods every 31 days , We had unprotected sex in the last 2 weeks ( once) . She was due for her periods on January 4th, However she has not had it then. We are scared now. We already have a 2 year old daughter and not keen on another baby as of now. We would to know how to get her periods immediately and avoid pregnancy . I am aware that its only 10 days since the period date . But we are tensed. Any tablets that can help to get her periods ? any home remedies ?

First do a urine pregnancy test to confirm whether she s pregnant or not..
If the test s positive then consult a gynaecologist for further management..
An ultrasound early pregnancy ll be needed followed by which either pills cn be given or surgical evacuation cn be done
